Adults with disabilities

For many disabled people, being physically active can feel really difficult. Some sports feel too challenging whilst others aren’t very accessible. However, we’re fighting to change this.

Thankfully, there are several charities and partnerships working together to ensure physical activity is accessible for everyone. Here are a few to get you started:

Children with disabilities

It can be hard for children to find the confidence to try new sports and physical activities. They may be scared of failure or judgement. Plus, it can be scary trying something new, no matter your ability.

This is why we’ve pulled together some resources to support children in getting active.
